Should I text her or not ?

Quick Story:

Recently reconnected with a friend a month ago after no contact for 6 months due to problems with her ex ( they broke up during the 6 months). we’ve been reconnecting and talking and recently we hanged out.she’s been going through a lot recently so I decided to take her out.I got her a gift to cheer her up ( she LOVES Tyler the creator)

so I bought her a vinyl and a couple of cds.She Absolutely loved it screaming at the top of her lungs and everything.so when I take her home she brings me my gift she made for me for Christmas ( it was a rose made out plastic spoons I love it so much) I told her I loved it, she gets real “weird” she starts staring at me , very strange body language . She says “ I’m sorry I have to go I’m getting anxious” and bolts to her door.got a text next morning saying “Hey once again, thank you for yesterday. I honestly really needed some time away from the house and it meant a lot to me. I had tons of fun and I’m excited to listen to the music you got for me.”I texted her back and she hasn’t replied,that was 3-4 days ago.

did I go wrong somewhere, I don’t know if I put her off or she dealing with something
