Her hair has been washed and conditioned and I added green sparkly tinsel pipe cleaners around her earrings cause the beads on her right earring were missing when I found must have fallen off over the years so I took the green and red beads off the left ear to match and I made her dress out of some green felt with green glitter since her original Victorian style dress was originally green red and silver with the holly style and I used red tinsel sparkly pipe cleaner for a belt I made this look a bit simple with a some sparkle and I also used a little bit of it for a sparkly bracelet and I tried to not make the outfit look like those mermaid style dress and I found some cheap doll pumps I had laying around that fit her a bit so I painted those green and used green elastic bands to hold them in place of her feet so they won't fall off.

Also I curled the hair a bit to give her back those wavy curls she originally had and used some green ribbon and put her hair in a mini ponytail with a little red flower on top from a piece of red sparkly tinsel pipe cleaner.

Also I almost forgot to mention I used a tiny bit of green tinsel sparkly pipe cleaner for a ring.
