Can I get help Please? (Don't wanna get banned)

My Ms. Rachel fan fiction post got removed, why. I know there’s a weekly contest tied to this subreddit, so I’m wondering how to enter and what website I can use. I just need someone to talk to. Is there a moderator or someone familiar with how the contest works that I could message directly to ask for clarification?
