Issue with Binding Ping button

Hey everyone 👋

I changed my Ping button to L3 to make it a bit smoother mid game however upon doing that, I can no longer open the chat or missions menu through that ping selection screen (RT for chat R3 for missions)?

does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? I'm playing on Xbox and when trying to open the that whilst holding L3, the keyboard will pop up for a split second, glitch, then close immediately? Whereas the missions screen won't open at all, the R3 button basically does nothing now?

any help on this is greatly appreciated
