Xbox randomly reboots on XBMC dashboard

My system is hard modded, and I was doing a HDD swap and already transferred everything over. Everything was working fine until just now - which was basically black screen and random reboot. I changed all capacitors, cleaned out dust, replaced thermal paste, cleaned motherboard prior to this and it worked fine, and new HDD by WD. What am I doing wrong?
