[TOMT] [Movie/TV Series] [Horror / Zombies?] [1990's or early 2000's]

I wonder if you can help me locate an old movie or TV Series,
I think it was a zombie movie, likely from the 1990's or early 2000's

The only thing I remember is a scene where some guy working outside his home at night trying to get a light bulb working, Casual, maybe mild struggle, no real stress, it's really dark,
The camera implies something slowly moving his way, a sillouhette of a humanoid.
He managed to get the light bulb working and then he gets caught by a zombie or some monster, we hear a scream, but the camera cuts we don't see what happens.
I think the guy was middle aged, maybe in his 50's I'm not sure.

Then the next scene is in the morning, someone cleaning up a bloody mess with a gardening hose from the pavement/driveway or something like that.

That's all I remember.
I think I saw that either in late 1990's or early 2000's
