TMS / Disability?

I’ve had Major Depression and a plethora of other disorders my whole life, and my psychiatrist recently recommended TMS therapy because I’ve tried and failed so many medications. I like the idea of it, but the wall I’m running into is that there isn’t any local facility that I can find. Not even ones I could pay out of pocket to see. (The nearest place I could find was 2 hours away.) So I guess my question is when I talk to my psychiatrist should I discuss travel and lodging for the treatment or should I just try to apply for disability? It’s severe enough to where it’s impacting my quality of life (especially combined with my other issues) and I quite frankly don’t know what to do. Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated 💞
