Hello all! I am just over 8 weeks sober after smoking heavily for about 20 years. I’ve tried and failed many times but I’m making a post now because I am struggling so much tonight.

What’s going on in the US makes me physically sick and staying sober feels impossible and unimportant. I’m not sure why I’m posting other than looking for some support and encouragement. Honestly even looking for support for this with everything else happening here seems pointless and selfish.
