Is hookup culture really so high in delhi- gurgaon, specially in married women out there?

28M, 6 feet tall, based in Delhi, working for nearly 5 years.

From my experience in Gurgaon, I’ve noticed that a large number of women I’ve interacted with — friends, colleagues, friends of friends — are originally from different parts of India. The hookup culture there is quite prominent.

Excluding those in live-in relationships, many women I’ve known are into NSA arrangements, casual dating, regular hookups via bars or dating apps like Tinder, and even seeing multiple partners simultaneously.

The same pattern extends to some married women in the corporate setup as well. I’ve personally come across a few who openly seek flings or casual relationships despite having kids at home.

What really surprises me is the kind of behaviour I often see from guys on Reddit — overly creepy and desperate. Honestly, building communication and comfort first goes a long way. Rushing straight into these things rarely works.
