Pissed all the time

I am pissed and I wake up in the middle of the night angry at my husband!! I also had to take social media off phone because I wake up sending messages on it when I am mad. On the other hand I also have amazing ideas during these moments. I can’t sleep and sometimes have the best business ideas. I also wake up with this awful sadness. I’m on progesterone 100 mg a day. I taken a tiny bit of estrogen vaginal cream daily. Doctor will not give me estrogen oral or patch due to fibroid.
