Accidentally touched my vivera retainer with Lysol/Clorox disinfecting wipe

I accidentally touched my dental retainer with a Lysol/Clorox disinfecting wipe. I rinsed the retainer thoroughly under running water afterward. Is that enough to make it safe to use again (put back in my mouth), or should I do something else to clean it properly?
