Recommendations

Looking for recommendations or suggestions on what brand epoxy I should use to smooth out a not so flat butcher block desk/ counter top I made for my wife. The slab is cupped do to uneven clamp pressure after glueing. I’ve been sanding with an 80 grit flapper disc on my grinder for days. I’ve never used a plainer so I’m not sure if that would be a better route. At most the epoxy will be less than 1/4” thick. I’ll have to do both sides so it will lay flat on the cabinets I’m building. The slab is 70”x 28”. Any help is appreciated. I did also post this to the epoxy sub.
