I don't remember the email address i used to setup my camera years ago. How do I recover?

i'm kinda fucked. Somehow the app lists my camera as a shared user account.

Ring is billing me the subscription fee, and I don't remember what email address was originally used to setup.

Had this spotlight cam since 2020, and then they started charging subscription in 2023.

What options do i have without forfeiting the subscription?

If i reset the camera and add it to another account, i forfeit the money i paid.
