Please suggest a good capture card to play on my laptop

I have bought 2 capture cards one for 1k and other for 3k first one was extremely laggy delayed response time and the second one was just laggy. Fortunately both were returnable so I returned them but still I bought the other one with surety that at 3k price point it would work. I have a tv in my living room but I get guests all the time so I wanted to play my ps on my laptop so please suggest a good and tested capture card under 2k if possible for my ps5 with 1080 60fps. Also the other two that I bought were both Chinese which I think is the major reason they won’t work so please suggest a good brand as well
