Chances of getting hired?

Got all required fema CERTs IS 200 700 ect all nwgc CERTs s-190 l-180 ect and im bls certified (In process of getting my full emt). I also have basic support ff from some volunteering I did a while back. The one red flag I have is an early paid fire academy termination when I was a recruit for a structural department.
