Can the victims parents sue?

Since the newly released crime scene photos (now removed) didn’t have redactions on some pics of the bodies, especially Xana, would the parents/families be able to sue ? Yes, they removed it, probably to fix it and go over it again before rereleasing them, but now hundreds if not thousands of people have seen and saved the photos of their children deceased.

I’m really hoping Xanas family does something because that’ picture is so incredibly gruesome and the people in charge of redacting and reviewing the photos messed up big time
