How do you make friends? Or even find the time?

Ive been wanting to get out into the world more and I realized I dont know what to do. I work about ten hours a day, 5 days a week. Then the weekend comes around and im exhausted I just get my chores done and get working home projects. I thought about taking one night a week to go out and do something for 1 hour but I dont know what to do. I dont like bars there full of alcohol dependency and its gross imo. Night classes need to be paid for and I know I can learn on youtube for free. book clubs, ive tried reading after work, I fall asleep. visit family i guess but I already know my family I want to meet new people.
