Looking for suggestions for smooth bedside bassinet to nursery crib transition

Hi all - looking for suggestions on how to best transition our baby from our bedside to her nursery crib. Baby girl is close to 7 months old and sleeping in our room in a pack and play at night time only. She’s always been a great night time sleeper. Daytime Naps have not been as equally great since she started to roll 2 months ago, but are improving. She does 2 to 3 naps per day and unless we’re out all day, at least 2 are usually always in her crib… If she does a 3rd nap, it’s usually a short cat nap.. often a contact nap.

We’d like to have her sleeping in her crib at night without major issues within a month. Any suggestions to make this easier ?
