What if the North Sentinelese people built a raft and a few of them left the island and landed in the Andaman Islands?

It's known the Indian government has a boat monitoring the island, but I'm very interested in the idea of what might happen if they managed to slip out unnoticed and landed in the Andaman islands. Given their fame about being uncontacted and the associated risks leaving (i.e. disease, having an undocumented language, etc.), how would it play out if something like this happened? What would contact with an uncontacted people in the 21st Century look like?
