Where can I purchase train tickets for travel between Romania and Hungary?

Hello! I’m planning to visit Romania and Hungary in late March and have found booking train tickets between these cities to be pretty difficult. If it makes any difference, I’ll be doing Brasov to Budapest on the 21st and Budapest to Bucharest on the 25th.

From reading online, I’ve been directed to the official MAV website for at least the second trip’s ticket, but while their website homepage loads, the ticket purchasing section does not seem to load. Similarly, the CFR Calatori site seems to be fully down as well. I can’t tell if I’m looking in the wrong places or have just gotten unlucky with the websites.

I’d massively appreciate some direction from anyone who has more experience. Thanks in advance for any help!
