Is there not a way to access the ORIGINAL pdf articles of the magazine?

Hi,

I have been reading the Economist articles now and then. This year, I have decided to subscribe to the magazine (both the print the digital versions).

For digital access, yes, I can access the online web articles, but the magazine does not appear to provide original PDF articles for subscribers.

By "original PDF article", I am talking about this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mJVJZUXGMycb2G0I8sfrKjHET3B2ZjOd/view?usp=sharing

So, that was an article I downloaded in 202 from a database Proquest (I believe) when I was affiliated with a university and had access to the database. Now that I am no longer affiliated with any institutions, I don't have access to any databases.

Is there no other way to obtain the original PDFs?

Thanks.
