I have some jerk trying out his car stereo, Saturday Night at 23:37

Another idiot that thinks if he puts in enough woofers he'll get better sound.

He's just sitting in the middle of the road while his buddy runs in and out of the house. He's playing like 2-3 bars of some terrible grunt track, then shutting it off.

I doubt its even worth a call to by-law since he's got his lights on and the engine idling. (More than 2 minutes) so he'd probably bugger off by the time they got here.

I don't want the guy ticketed, but this house is pulling crap like this repeatedly. I really don't feel like confronting him (again) but I'm getting to the point where his windshield would look better with a rock thrown through it.
