Living life like a video game

Ever sat and wished you could change the decisions you made in your youth? And then work up one day to find you lost years of potential productive life all because you couldn't let go on the past? I know you have, because we all have.

This is what helped me. When you play an rpg video game, you don't start out as a baby. You don't get to make every decision from the start. You are thrust into the world, and have to make do with what you have. Wishing your character didn't start off in a jail. Or about to be execute. Or poor. Or injured. Or low social status. It's all a waste of time. You just start, and build up from what you have.

Live life the same. Close your eyes, and then open them. This is you entering the world. All the decisions that led you up to this point? Background Info and lore. You don't get to waste time wish it were different. All you can do is move forward with what you have.
