First IVF cycle, looking for your best practical advice and comfort tips.

Hi everyone

I’m 35F and in a same sex relationship. We are located in Australia and we are using donor sperm from the US. We do not know of any fertility issues as we have never tried before. I’m in my first IVF cycle and my egg retrieval is this coming Thursday.

I just wanted to say a genuine thank you. Reading posts in this group during stims has helped me so much. So many questions I did not even know to ask have already been answered here, and it has made the whole process feel a lot less lonely and overwhelming.

I’d love to hear from you. If you could go back and give first cycle you one bit of advice, what would it be?
