Trying to setup my HA Connect ZBT-2, but can't make it my preferred network

I've added the ZBT-2 device and it immediately setup the OpenThread integration. I've gone into the Thread integration per the directions and see two networks there. A Google Nest Hub and the ZBT-2, but neither of them show any option to make them the preferred network and there currently isn't a preferred network set.

On the documentation there is a "Make Preferred Network" button there, but I'm not seeing it on my screen. Can someone help me identify what stupid thing I'm not doing right to get this thing up and running?
