First time show player

So I’ve been playing 25 for about 7 months now, strictly a RTTS player. The high school college minors is such an elite way to play. Obviously from the title this is the first show I’ve played. What were previous RTTS like? I know this is the first installment with colleges. Did you go straight from the showcase to the minors? If show how was that?
