Zepbound first 24 hours

Oh my god- sulphur burps, bloated like I’m 3 months pregnant, farts, and diarrhea. I took my first shot last night, and it was fine until nausea hit, and my doctor was like- take it at night so if you have side effects you can just sleep through them- ha ha - well, I was up all night from nausea and muscle cramps, and then this morning, the gas started. Yesterday, my dinner was a small portion of roast beef and veggies and I really think that’s the culprit, but omg- the only thing thats helped is gas-X. I’ve been doing small snacks bc I’m afraid to make it worse. But I have no hunger cues as is, bc of adhd, I have a really hard time with recognizing hunger cues, and satiety cues when I do eat, so I’m at a loss of what to eat, when, and I just want to feel better. I plan on texting my doctor in the morning, but has anyone else been in my shoes?
