Eng and Status Effect Build

I am almost done building my strikers! I could use some advise one 3 things. Someone suggested iKias builds and as a new player it’s helpful but overwhelming too.

How do I help boost my survivalabily with strikers for challenging and up solo?

I want to have at least two more builds and I’m not quite sure what to look at, I would like a status effect build and an “engineer” type build (so use turrets and drones/etc.). Would these be the fire eclipse and Refactor turret done build on ikias?
