Yokosuka naval base combat sports

I’m visiting Japan in mid Feb. I’m a dependent who’s looking to be able to train a little. Whether it’s BJJ, kickboxing, or MMA I’d like to train and this base is close to Tokyo. Does anyone know if there’s anything like this on that base?
