Satisfactory Tools Help

Can anyone explain to me how to use satisfactory tools for planning liquids? aka power plants?

I'm trying to figure out how to plan a turbofuel plant but everytime I choose that as the product, i get a response that it can't do it..

I don't know how tito make it work..
