As a foreign person, I have not seen a single article in favor of BL.

Personal Opinions & Theories ✍🏽💡

I’ve been seeing a lot of US-based content creators discussing the Blake Lively vs. Justin Baldoni case, and many of them show that mainstream media articles are heavily biased in favor of Blake Lively.

However, as someone who is not from the US, my experience has been very different. Since Justin Baldoni filed his countersuit (after Blake’s complaint), I personally haven’t seen many articles that are clearly positive toward Blake Lively. Most of the coverage I come across is more neutral or even critical, listing events and highlighting how complicated or problematic the situation seems. (I can send screenshots)

Early on, when Blake first filed her complaint, there were definitely articles that seemed supportive of her. But after Baldoni responded legally, the tone of the coverage I’m seeing appears to have shifted. Almost all articles that are published are pro JB here.

it makes me wonder whether some of this coverage is being strategically placed or influenced by PR rather than being purely organic journalism.

I’m not saying this is definitely happening, but the disconnect between what I’m seeing and what others where BL can reach and manipulate the information, makes me curious about how much public relations and media strategy are shaping the narrative.

Is this just a difference in regional media, algorithms, or timing?
