How do I improve? Under confidence kills me

i did around 150 question but in contest i fail to solve more than 1 and also that 1 question is easy💀. Today got 3 med problem my roomate did solve 3 for the first time (he did 500+ questions) but I did zero but I would still say the questions were easy

but i wasnt able to solve. (i gave total of 4 contest)

including today. when the fuck will see some progress?

help me for tips how to improve and be confident

coz these things kills my confidence.
