Trouble with save data on new PC

Hi everyone,

I just built a new PC and installed BG3. When I launched the game, Steam said my cloud saves were out of sync. After resyncing, the newest save available in game was from January 1 when I had just started.

I downloaded my newer save from my Larian account which gave me the .lsv file, but when I try to load it in game it stays stuck at 0 percent.

I saw suggestions saying to create a fresh save in game, then replace that save file with the downloaded .lsv, but that has not worked for me either.

Does anyone know why the save would be stuck at 0 percent and what the correct steps are to get a Larian account save working on a new PC?
