270km, tempted to buy for 16k Canadian.

2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4WD Crew Cab Short Box LTZ w/1LZ . It has 270km on it. One owner. Very good service history. Clean Carfax if that actually means anything. Is there a certain kms when they are done? I guess impossible question to answer as it depends how it was driven. Drove it today and had no complaints. Looking to see what people have experienced.
