New Stacker Questions

Hello all, I've been doing some research recently and finally had some spare cash to start stacking, I am 25 next week(should've started earlier obviously based on price, but also age for future planning). I have seen some posts around premiums and pricing but nothing too recent. I had some questions. After seeing premiums online at $10+ and issues with shipping, I went to a shop today and got two 1 oz rounds for $3 over spot for each. Is this too high of a premium for in person or good? There's another shop nearby that I am going to check out as well, but wanted to ask here. Tyia
