WIBTA if I ask for my wife to give her rings back?

Long story short, my wife and I are divorcing due to her infidelity. Over our 10 year relationship, I’ve bought her several thousands of dollars in rings any time that she asked for them (engagement ring as well as many others for birthday, valentines, Christmas, etc.). I can count on 1 hand the amount of times she has actually worn them. I would like to sell them (the engagement ring is worth $5000 at least and her other rings are all Disney so those aren’t cheap either.) WIBTA to ask her to return them to me as a condition of the divorce?
