Ferber doesn’t freaking work

4.5 month old and we are 2 weeks into Ferber and my baby is still crying at bedtime although usually brief, will put herself to sleep; however, will then proceed to wake up every hour and cry and cry and cry until she sleeps. Like hard crying. It’s been two weeks of this and I don’t know how much long I can take this. She’s on a 2/2/2/2/2 schedule. I’m so frustrated and done
