Pls advise

I guess I'm getting old, I was born in 1992. My salary is 28 million VND. But facing the pessimism of life, I haven't had a single good night's sleep. I'm unmarried, my parents are getting old, and my girlfriend is about to get married.

To sum it up, I invested in crypto, and I borrowed 300 million VND from the bank by mortgaging a piece of land I bought. The past four years have been a dream and a nightmare, ups and downs, joys and sorrows. Now I owe 200 million VND, with 5 million VND in interest per month.

But now I'm penniless. Looking back, life gave me so much, but I didn't know how to appreciate it. Thinking back, if I had taken the right path, I would probably be much better off than many others. I feel sad that I haven't been able to repay my elderly parents. So many goals are now in disarray.
