Dog barking triggers severe panic

I am still living with family as recently graduated high school. My family has one dog that triggers me to have severe awful panic attacks. The bark is so loud and so shirll I start having a panic attack after hearing it. I am still learning to drive and don’t have enough money to move out so stuck living here I have tried everything headphones earplugs white noise machines coping skills but nothing helps. I feel hopeless and can’t live in chronic anxiety anymore. I have tried countless meds and they didn’t help and made things worse. Any advice? I also have ADHD/high functioning autism on top of the panic disorder
