Why Tash never took off as a solo artist?

Just listened to Tash only solo album today Rap Life and it was a legit solid album. Good production, clean engineering, great features including an OutKast verse I never heard before. I used to love the single Rap Life f/Raekwon (what made me listen to the album)

My question is why didn’t he take off as a solo artist? Loud Records seemed to have put a lot of money behind him and the album judging from how the album sounds and the music videos that went along with it. Bruh flow is so smooth and natural, lyrics are on point, good west coast production and never heard of him getting into any beefs or issues.
