Can I recover my account if I remember my gamertag ID for PC/Xbox?

Hi, I had an alternative account and I was trying to login into it when I bought a new phone and it said that the password was incorrect and I can't try to enter a new password because I tried too many times to login with a wrong password which is false because first of all the password is correct and then I didn't try to login too many times before. Afterwards I tried to recover my account but it requires the phone number which now is closed and I can't receive any messages unfortunately, but I remember the gamertag I used to play with my Xbox Series S and on PC. I can recover my email knowing the gamertag of Xbox? Thanks.
