I broke down my raft to move it. Now I can't rebuild it.

Uh... I had to destroy my raft cuz it got jammed right up next to an island and I couldn't reach anything around the island to craft a sail to get it unstuck. So I broke it down with the axe... and now I can't rebuild it. Uhhh. Help?
