Is this toxic?

Earlier today I was playing for the first time in months, and managed to get all four survivors to the endgame. They had completed all five gens, but I had hooked two, downed one, and caught the last moments before they opened the gate. I dropped the one I was carrying and hooked the one I had just downed since they were already at stage two while the other hadn’t been hooked yet, and decided to let the last one go out the gate as a sign of goodwill. Would you see this as toxic? Or am I overthinking?
