Anyone with sciatica,disc bulge need advice.

i took epidural steroid injection on nov 20 , after that i went to pt for 10 days and doing lower back exercises at home twice a day . i doing good now but if i stand for long hours my lower back hurts or travel through bike for longer time also hurts , i need advice when can i get back to gym???
