Title: 52M | GLP-3 + peptide stack | ~8 lb down in ~3 weeks | low movement | carb vs fat fuel?
52M, 5’8”.
Alcohol-free: 155 days
Weight at alcohol cessation: ~242 lb
GLP-3 start: ~212 lb
Current: ~203–204 lb
Timeline (current cut): just under 3 weeks
Peptides / meds
• GLP-3 (retatrutide) — 2 mg q5d (sometimes 1 mg depending on appetite suppression)
• Wolverine stack (BPC-157 + TB-4)
• MOTS-C (5 on / 2 off)
• NAD+ (3× weekly)
• Epitalon (cycled)
• GHK-Cu (recently reduced dose due to local irritation)
• TRT — 200 mg q2 weeks (Rx)
Diet
• ~1,750–1,850 kcal/day
• Protein ~180–190 g
• Currently 80–100 g carbs/day
• Fat fills remainder (olive oil, yogurt, chicken fat)
• Foods are very repetitive: chicken thighs, protein shakes, Greek yogurt, blueberries, squash/fruit
Movement
• Low structured exercise
• On feet at work but minimal cardio/lifting (aware this is a limiter)
Weight loss is steady despite low movement. Early water drop is obvious, but fat loss appears ongoing.
Question for those with GLP-1 / GLP-3 experience
• Did you feel better on lower carb + higher fat or moderate carb?
• Any benefit pushing protein >200 g vs ~180 g?
• Energy, mood, adherence differences?
• Anyone find going too low carb backfired on GLP-1s?
Not chasing extremes — looking for what actually feels sustainable long-term.
