Questions for employees

Hey everyone! I just finished my interviews and got my offer but I have a few questions I want to hear from employees not a SM.

1. How are hours? Are they scarce to come by or can I comfortably expect a good amount of hours?

2. How long are shifts usually?

3. Is the ASU program as good as others claim it to be or is there hidden things that make it not as good?

I know these questions will vary but I just want a general idea
