Would a bed made with breast implant gel be possible and or comfortable ?

Would it be possible to use the memory gel that is usually found in breast implants to fill a water bed. Like it’s just the cohesive “gummy bear gel” found in a breast implant rather than water. I feel like it could be comfortable to sleep on like in my mind the bed would slightly mold to your body but you wouldn’t like sink in the bed if that makes sense.
