Have to fight baby to latch.

The last 2 days I have had to fight my baby (2.5 weeks old) to get a latch on either side. I have noticed my breasts don’t feel as full as they have. When I get my baby to latch he immediately pops off after a few sucks and then when I try to re-latch he just roots around like the nipple is not in his mouth, when he finally does close his mouth on my nipple he will again only suck a couple times and then pop off. I am getting so frustrated.

Has anyone experienced this??
