[TOMT] [SHOW/ MOVIE] Head sitting on floor talking to somebody

I have a vivid memory from roughly 2005-06 of a scene of a show or movie taking place in I think a hospital room with somebody’s head on the floor with their exploded guts everywhere and the head is talking to somebody else (presumably a doctor) in the room. PLEASE help me find this. It’s been a core memory for me since I was a small child!
