I cannot do my college class...

I'm in high school taking a college class for brownie points pretty much and it's my second one (my first one was in person) but this class is online... and my professor is kind of a bitch tbh. The class is sociology and my professor makes us listen to a hour long podcast, make us do a quiz and have a discussion with all replies having to be 1000+ words and we are only into the second week and we do this every week according to the syllabus . I am probably going to talk to my counselor on Monday and parents that I cannot do an online class... I don't know if I did well during my covid classes because I was lucky enough to have great teachers but maybe a primarily online class is not for me.

If I were to quit can someone give me some advice on how to convince my parents
